By accessing ArmaChart EHR, all staff members agree to use the system solely for authorized clinical and administrative purposes.

Authorized Use

Staff may only access patient records for patients under their direct care or as part of their authorized job duties. Curiosity-based access is prohibited.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password or allow others to use your account.

Monitoring

All system activity is monitored and logged. Armadin Health System reserves the right to audit access logs at any time.

Violations

Unauthorized access or misuse of the system may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination, and may be reported to law enforcement.
