EHR Scheduled Maintenance — April 20, 2026

ArmaChart EHR will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, April 20, 2026 from 02:00–04:00 AM. During this window, the system will be in read-only mode. Emergency downtime procedures will be in effect. Please ensure all critical documentation is completed before the maintenance window.

All clinical staff are required to complete the 2026 HIPAA refresher training by May 1, 2026. Access the training through the Staff Training portal. Failure to complete the training may result in temporary suspension of EHR access.
