Armadin Health System is committed to protecting the privacy of all patients and staff. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information within the ArmaChart EHR system.

HIPAA Compliance

ArmaChart EHR is fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All protected health information (PHI) is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data Collection

We collect clinical, administrative, and operational data necessary to deliver care and operate the health system. Staff access is role-based and audit-logged.

Audit Logging

All access to patient records is logged and subject to review. Unauthorized access to patient information is a violation of hospital policy and applicable law.
